Unfortunately Muslims are not the only ones who carry out these stupid activities. Some Catholics scourge themselves and tie metal belts to their legs. Remember the Dan Brown book and movie?
Every religion has within it a group of nutters who are attention seekers. These self harmers could kill themselves, get gangrene, sepsis or other forms of blood poisoning. The big problem is that they entice others to follow their stupidity.
If it is banned and illegal then arrest them all,simple !!
