What about cops who kill people, deliberately?? Where does it end? What about prison staff,hospital staff,then doctors and nurses,anywhere? Then Social workers and Probation officers and on and on it will go. If one group gets covered,others will make a case to be covered as well.
Oh and how will errors be corrected???
