They have been making millions out of this diary for decades and it is mostly a fake!!! She was captured before the end of WW2 and died in a camp. Much of it is written in the same biro pen, which was not invented,never mind in popular use until 1947 !!!
It is believed that her uncle wrote it in the early 50's and told the story as her to sell it on. It became a movie and a cult from there.
