There are going to be loads and loads of drone cases coming this year as here is no case Law regarding them or the use of them.Insurance companies are issueing updates saying that drones are not covered on contents home insurance to get out of any claims made for damage cased by a drone.
This one is a clear case of criminal damage to the hovering drone and probably wreakless discharge of a fire arm. What will happen when the first drone gets sucked into a jet engine, during flight? No wonder insurance companies are worried.
