They understand the legal system in the Uk which demands that each person must raise their own action which will obviously be a time consuming and costly business, Experts will have to be paid to appear in each case.
Australia,America and some other countries allow class action cases,but not in either Scottish or English Law, in which a number of people come together, who have a common complaint. A case in Australia could cost VW A$100 million plus costs. There is another one being put together in USA.
