As far as I can see it the rush to Geo Engineer seeds is the same game as the bringing out of vaccines in the 1950's Here is how it goes..............
A vaccine deliberately infects peeps with a disease which they do not have in the fist place. The story goes that by introducing the disease your immunity system 'learns' how to fight it. But your immunity system fights any new attack,anyway!!!

If a farmer can use only one seed per year,this is costly. He must replace the seed, each year. However the seed has been chemically altered and nobody really knows what is going into it. Strangely nobody really knows what is in the vaccine either.
So both the seed and the injection are vehicles which can be used to put anything inside a person. People,over time, accept higher prices for food and will accept ' just a wee jag.' In a few generations both food and medicine will be used as methods to cull certain types of the population. The 'empty containers' and 'useless eaters' will all receive a nice sandwich and a wee jag !!
