Why are peeps trying to read so much into Jades Helms? Every Summer and Winter all major countries design scenarios for their armed forces to face. Prior to the event they move huge amounts of 'stuff from here to there in order for it to be in the right places for the exercise.Nothing new has happened this year,
Lorry loads of stuff were moved underground then later Train loads were moved about, a few months ago.Just as a diplomatic timeline wold move onward.
