Politically, I have always been an old style Liberal with a live and let live philosophy of do you own thing as long as you can pay for it. When it comes to taking money out of my pocket,well that's different.
An awful lot of teenage girls,years ago, would just get pregnant knowing that they would not need to look for work until their kid left school. In addition,they got a house to live in rent paid. They got furnishing bedding and clothing allowances most years. The kid was dumped on the grand parents and party on every weekend!!
This annoyed me.,.Anyone can get carried away in the moment they should be helped. Those deliberately planning to screw the system is a different story in my book.
I was happy when the age limit came down to five... but it should stay there and go no lower.
