We called it dogs flourish when we were young. It grew on waste ground which local dogs used,as a lavatory. It is not really the adults whom I am worried about,it is the possibility of a two year old toddling off on a jungle expedition which bothers me most.
Contact local Council Enviromental Health Office or pour vinegar over the roots !!
