Could roads made from PLASTIC spell the end of potholes? | Daily Mail Online



The main ingredient in plastic is oil and the price of oil is volatile.  It would be more expensive per mile to use plastic than asphalt.

People do not seem to grasp that a claim for pot hole damage is paid by the Council's insurance company, not the Council.
