It is all down to the pervading NIMBY culture in America as their dreams of World Domination crumble before their eyes and the Empire,as Empires have done throughout history, collapses.
The party is over for America and the Chinese will now attempt to takeover the World and go the same way,as Empires always do ...down the drain.!!
