Putin had no reason to have this guy killed as he has things under his control. There was no threat. The possibility therefore is that the Americans did it because of the threat by Putin to release the 9/11 data. This seems weird as,by now, everybody knows that the Americans and the Israelis did it, in order to takeover Iraq,Syria and Iran.
