A person has no health certificate of the donor. No knowledge of the length of time that the organ has been free to air, nor would they know how long that the organ was in storage,nor any details of any storage facility.
If I had that kind of money and the contacts, I would arrange to have a donor killed and cut down the middleman commissions. !
