Lithuania bringing back conscription - Business Insider



There are three small countries in the Baltic area, Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania. They were taken by Russia as part of the settlement after WW2.  Each country voted for independence from the Russian Federation at the time when Russia basically became bankrupt while chasing the fictitious Star Wars plans of Ronnie Raygun.

Now Russia has risen back up,economically and the three countries believe that Russia wants them back into the fold. Estonia has been parading American tanks and armoured cars through the streets and here we have Lithuania considering calling up their youth into the armed forces.
