BBC News - How Harlow bus driver Dave Sherry became a 'driving vigilante'
As far as I am concerned wobbling spandex wearing twats on push bikes should be banned from public roads. I knew that English Law was different from Scot's Law but I cannot believe that people have been arrested on the basis of a film made by this guy when no police officer witnessed the incident.
The films could have been cut and edited or even if they are real and actual, this guy is not a police officer.
