BBC News - Why interrogators prefer the soft approach
As far as I am concerned the only way to get information from people is to pick up on what they don't say as opposed to what they do say. Cross checking one person's story with another produces small differences. These are the things which should be jumped upon and pushed. Jimmy said this,what do you say? Oh but yo said this or that,last time. Go for the differences, as these are the things they are trying to hide.
