Dan Buirish explained all of this years ago. He was involved in the whole thing!   The boy David has been off the internet for a lone time except for odd pieces supporting Ben Fulford who has gone down in my estimation as he said that Shrub Snr. was dead before going on a holiday which turned out to be a White Dragon meeting.

But back to da boy.  So here he is explaining Dan Burish.  He must have a new book coming out entitled I explain what everybody else is saying.

Both boy David, though his chat shows round the World and his mega book and dvd sales,along with Kerry Cassidy and her chat tours to foreign lands, in which she is now merely a tour guide, are now finished and have joined the money making circuit, to fill up the pension plans.
