Well if one person actually has Ebola in Texas if would be fair to say that they have been in contact with other folks. One hundred would seem a good number to me So who have they contacted?
I stated sneezing an couple of hours ago and think that I have a cold. I have not been out in 7 years and only two people have been in contact with me recently, one of them today, whom I suppose can be discounted, as too quick. Yet I start sneezing !!
