America and probably other countries,have super spy satellites, orbiting the Earth, which can zoom in and read newspaper print, through cloud, either in daylight or at night and they can't track or find a huge airliner?

Perhaps, to give out details regarding the plane would give away their secrets. However,with the number of spies,disaffected employees and whistleblowers selling or giving out information I am sure that each country knows the capabilities of each other's stuff.
