Clutha helicopter Tragedy

Scottish police are investigating some entries on Facebook and other social sites plus tweets placed on Twitter regarding the crash, with a view to bringing prosecutions for abusive comments. The police have the full backing of the Procurator Fiscal's office,who do the prosecuting in Scottish courts. Penalties  of up to five years in jail could be possible.
