American businessman George Green released a video,which I posted a couple of years ago,showing that free energy could be derived from Magnetism. In magnets,like poles repel and opposites attract.
So using one magnet,of one polarity, fitted to the housing wall and fitting 10 /12 of the opposite polarity on a shaft, once the shaft starts to spin, it will continue to do so, as the magnets on the shaft are repelled from the fixed one.  The shaft then drives a dynamo and creates power.
