Banks operate a wonderful system which costs them nothing and makes thm loads of money.
We mugs give them our money from our wages or whatever. They then put our little bits all together and play with it. If they win, the idea is that they give us a share. Unfortunately, these days, they don't seem to be happy taking chances and generally rig markets and interest rates, in order to make sure that they win. In theory, this is good for us, as we would expect more of a share. However, they seem to get caught,a lot. The then get enormous fines which they have to pay. They pay these fines from the profits which they were supposed to share with us. So, in fact,we pay he fines as well as giving them the money to play with in the first place. Any extra winnings, left over,go to pay staff, peanuts, super high wages to the players and general expenses. Share holders, who couldn't care less what the banks do, also get their wedge.
So, all the fines, overheads, wages, super wages are paid from the profits of their rigged game. we,of course, get sod all!!.
