I use a browser add on which works with Firefox Chrome and Torch,called Click and Clean. It is a one stop shop app which gives you a cache cleaner  disk cleaner  cookie cleaner  history cleaner and a few others.
Great for blogging as the cache fills up a lot.
I download the ESET mentioned   It is nod32 and I run a 64  It also don't work with Avast which I like because it has a software updater on it. It says after the Avast message  'ignore'  so why the message in the first place?  So bye ESET.
