Killer dog owners face 14 years in jail under Government crackdown on dangerous pets
There have been a lot of dog attacks,mainly on small children in the Uk over the past few years. We do have a Dangerous dogs Act but it only covers named breeds. people circumvent the Act by cross breeding and therefore creat a new breed.
