Vigilante who hunts 'child sex predators': Leader of group that closed down following suicide of man it targeted pleaded for anonymity when confronted by the Mail |
Well they didn't last long. ! It was only a matter of time before they were outed. They made themselves too public. They could have worked away for many years but they just had to brag about what they were doing. They should have done without the self publication.
Having interviews with journalists was silly, as they only gave out a bone.Bragging on Facebook and in newspapers, telling all, telling in which area they operated and lived in, was also stupid. They could have worked away, putting ads in personal columns and picking up perverts on the Internet Then they could have forward evidence, anonymously to the police.
Nobody would have known them, where they came from or where they operated which is a good threat to all perverts. as it was they bragged about being in Leicestershire. Therefore no other areas would have worried perverts
They could have done so much good work and now they await a door bell ringing, all the time. It may just be a journalist or it may be worse. What will happen if a child answers the door???Two members bragged about being involved in Marshall Arts. By a process of elimination, they could have been found easily, especially as they said where they lived. Casually listening to kids, as they leave school, or asking them, innocently, does Dad do karate? I want to train and I'm new in the area.....blah blah..Cars with dojo stickers in windows would be another give away. By phoning round asking, who is the Sensai would give a list to work through. What nights are you open? Blah blah
Unfortunately, they were amateurs.
