BBC News - Sandy: Haiti appeals for international help after storm
Aid and charity workers have spent their whole working lives on Haiti trying to distribute funding to rebuild the country. Money pours in via concerts and charity funding and yet they never seem to do anything or get better in any way. So who is doing a runner with all of the money????
