I like having a dig at jobsworths and stupid rules, but this is really trivial. oh boo hoo Daddy got a stereotype letter which covers everything and is upset because they did not known his son's predicament.
All he had to do was either forward a letter from a doctor or just give them a call on the phone rather than wasting trees to print this rubbish on !!!
