Security guards are not allowed to work in Scottish hospitals as bouncers, only the police can do that.Unfortunately many Scottish hospitals have police officers there are weekends as this is when most problems occur. The Daily Mail once again thinks that it might happen in the UK, when, in fact, they mean England.
