Holland becomes xenophobic on the coffee shop issue and limits drug buying to 2,000 members, who must either be residents or foreign students.
So if you have booked a long weekend to get stoned in Amsterdam, you will get nothing in the coffee shops. This will now mean having to deal with street traders who could sell you crap and disappear.! the tourist trade will suffer loads over this issue.
