It sure is!! The race was cancelled, last year, when Saudi troops were 'helping; Bahrain out with a little local difficulty. To cancel it in the second year, running, would be highly embarrassing and slow that the rulers are not in control.
On the other side of the coin, the Bahrain race brings in the most money for mini Bernie Ecclescake. Will he risk it and go, or will he have had a prior engagement ready in the diary.?
