Of course it had to happen! Brinkmanship has been the new came in town at Budget time. A small group will hold out their votes unless they get their private interests sorted out! One Senator, some years ago, had a highway built across a whole state to meet nothing coming the other way!! it came to a halt at the State border. But he got his name on the road!!
