I had been wondering about that super secret plane which is up there, orbiting the Earth, circle after circle, up a bit, down bit, but no real details of what it is really doing???
I have put forward my theory that it is being used for testing the spraying of poisons to attain the correct angle to aim and hit a targeted area. See many past posts.
