I have been posting, since last year, that I thought that HAARP was being used for a good cause, in that, it was being used to block these hurricanes coming ashore and causing mega damage and death. No hurricane came onshore in the USA, last year.
As this one is looking more and more likely to be coming ashore in Carolina and new York. I thought "oh well, egg on face!!!" This afternoon, I noticed that Irene was turning, slightly, so that she would run parallel to the shore. So will she now come ashore or was it a warning to Wall Street ??
Now the National Guard are being deployed in New York which could lead to Martial Law possibly being declared. Could they have allowed one to get through, just to test how joe sixpack will react to Marshall Law and troops on the streets. Posse Comi tata bye bye or whatever Latin it is, does not allow troops to deploy on US soil, but the weekend warriors of the Guard are allowed to deploy, in a national emergency.
So I am back to my original thoughts. Weird.
