How do you get out of a city when the airports are closed, there is no public transport and about a million folks are all trying to do the same thing???? i suppose that there are Greyhound long distance buses and Amtrak trains. The only other way is by road in cars, vans, trucks and bikes.
This is a recipe for chaos and great civil unrest as the roads begin to jam. up. A 4x4 would be my choice. Then if the roads were jammed, I could just drive round them, through fields and rough land. Would I steal one to get away? Show me a showroom window and I would drive through it !!!! Will many others be hi jacking and stealing cars to get out? you better believe it !!!
