I am beginning to think that Oh Bumpy Rumba was picked from the obscurity of the Chicago Bath House circuit, where he did turns as a soap juggler, just to ruin America and lead her into another Civil War of a class nature this time.
Just like Jimmy 'peanuts' Cartier, a husband, father, farmer and retired Nuclear Physicist, a common man, Bumpy, too, is a very common man. Alternatively, he may be part of the NWO's favourite ploy, the Hegelian Dilemma or Problem,Demand, Solution where he creates the problems, from which, the public demand some defence or aid from the Government, which they get, as a solution. Without the initial problem , the public would never have allowed Draconian Laws to be passed. But as they have demanded them, to counter a fabricated problem, they just have to accept them.
