This is all getting extremely silly. This ageing football player Brian Giggles is out committing adultery, deceiving his wife, possibly not for the first time and he is the good guy now? !!!
He is a bit of a merchant banker if you ask me. His name is all over European press, freely accessed on the internet. It is all over Twitter and as they cannot possibly read and monitor every post, it will continue to be tweeted. Are they going to sue everybody? Will his wife let him squander her divorce settlement on legal fees for cases they can't win.?? Judges are using him to take the mickey, by throwing up new concepts of Law to be discussed and mulled over for their own intellectual amusement. This clown is paying for it all.
Should he actually win, he loses anyway, as his wife will get at least half of any damages in her divorce settlement should she go for one.
