As I have been posting for weeks, Scotland has a different legal system from the rest of the Uk. This was the usual glaring error that an English Court has no jurisdiction over what happens in Scotland. Some Scottish papers are owned by companies registered in England and they may just have been subject to it but I have been publishing details as have papers outside of England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Is he going to sue everybody ???.
