A woman in the UK stocked up on lightbulbs prior to us changing to 11 watt mercury filled headache giving bulbs. She was taken to Court and fined. She had the bulbs confiscated too. in the uk only one group of people are allowed to buy and use the old lightbulbs. Car Mechanics!!! They are allowed to have them in inspection lamps to see into odd places in cars.
