If he sues Twitter his name must appear on Court papers and in effect he beats his own injunction. By reporting on the Twitter case his name will now be public knowledge. Ryan Giggles has been mentioned in the Spanish press and all over the internet as the person who got his John Thomas out and showed his lack of ball control off, so he may as well waste more money on a case which he is bound to loose. It will reduce his fortune a bit for the divorce settlement !!!
