Could the American Government really be considering using HAARP to cause the New Madrid Fault Line to fracture and result in a huge earthquake on their mainland?? Are they really so out of control?
If you see glowing clouds in the sky in Indiana, Illinois, Arkansas, Kentucky, Missouri or Tennessee then you got about TWO days to either get out or prepare for an Earthquake caused by your own Government.
