The spooks have been and are in all of the Middle East and North African countries stirring up opposition groups to overthrow their Governments. That's what they do for a living !! Any where that there is either a US Embassy or a British Embassy has spooks working in them to push out money for information or to pay dissident groups. They have titles like Trade Atache. It is a boys own club among all embassies of all countries.
