Scottish election: BBC survey's policy league table

BBC News - Scottish election: BBC survey's policy league table

So this is what we in Scotland want after the Elections. However the main thing needed is complete Independence from England.
The new wizard wheeze is to register a Limited Company in Edinburgh as opposed to London, Cardiff or Belfast. Yes it is double the cost and you need two Directors but as Scot's Law differs from English Law the bonuses are that in Scotland a company is treated as a 'person' on a stand alone basis. In England, the Directors are said to be 'related' to their company. So should the company go bust the Directors of a non Scots company can be sued.
Should Scotland actually become Independent then there might be different rates of Corporation Tax to be considered, with Scotland probably being lower, due to oil income. Working in England for a Scottish registered company would also give non dom status!!
Currently more and more people are considering forming a company. Corporation Tax is about half of the high rate PAYE and with a little care you can end up paying no tax on income whatever.
