The last time the super secret X 37 space craft flew many many fish and birds where found dead all round the World.I put forward the premise that that plane could have been spraying the atmosphere, during the seven month flight, testing out a gene affecting bio weapon. World wide reports of dead fish and animals had to concern big numbers to be well publicised which show how effective the poison was and over what area. It is quite possible to target people with red hair or yellow skin, etc,. right now. so spray it!
Now that plane is up there again just now and low and behold here we go again, dead fish.
