Terrible things are being done to the sick and the disabled these days. They are such an easy target. But more witnesses must come forward.
Evidence is always needed to put these villains away for a long term. This kid was physically disabled but the mentally disabled are suffering too.
A long running case in Scotland, the Hollie Grieg case, can go no further because there is no hard evidence that can be produced in court to punish the possible perps. It his all "I say they did it and they say they did not" at the moment. But if just one witness on either side comes forward the case could either go to court or be flung out.
