Sure the cables are real but Diplomats have been slagging each other off for centuries since the Court of King James in England where diplomats reported that such and such a royal fancied a choirboy or two and that so and so smelled awful!
Has the baby faced soldier been used to funnel these cables to him in order to create censorship on the WEB?
New Laws will quickly be brought in and he will be blamed for everything.
