Now the USA is babbling about a nuclear attack being more survivable that it was thought to be in the past.
So that just takes them another step closer to actually trying it out to see what happens. Now letting one off in a foreign country would be an act of war so why not use a small one in a false flag operation on a city, nobody likes much, to see if the facts fit the theory. Merry Xmas!
