They obviously could not care less if the trains run or not. What an incredibly stupid plan, prepared by imbeciles, to send snow clearing trains, in for servicing, when they are needed most. No doubt we will get some groveling git on TV, who got the short straw in the office, saying "Oh it was planned months ago. We expected snow later on and wanted to be ready for it blah blah."
Ever heard of cancellations on the railway? It is one of the railways favourite words by the way !!
They could have cancelled the servicing.
