This is the way in which this rather distasteful group, in my opinion, view the crime statistics in USA. The figures don't lie but crime is committed, mainly, by the poor and the poorly educated as far as I am concerned, no matter what color their skin. But they have a right to put their point of view and I will always defend that right of free speech whither I agree or disagree with what they say.
