This is being put forward for the detainees in Cuba and elsewhere as a means to review the evidence against them But really it is to allow anybody to be detained indefinitely, anywhere and at any time.
As the riots commence next Spring/Summer time and the FEMA Camps fill up with demonstrators. They will be lifted straight off the streets and put into rail car prisons to be ferried round the country and then dumped in a camp as far way from family and friends as they can be dumped!! Habius Corpus will be suspended and Martial Law declared.
If you escape street arrest, of course, they will have your photograph in the mob. Whether you were just trying to get home or protesting does not matter. Face recognition gives a name and the GPS census data will then throw up an address. Then your door will be kicked in and you will be dragged off to the camps.
All this sounds like NAZI Germany in the 1930's and 1940's but it will happen next year in USA
