Despite an E.U ruling prisoners serving more than four years will NOT be allowed to vote. Now I am not a joiner of clubs. However if you join a club you should agree to abide by the rules of that club. The UK cannot continue making up the game as they go along. UK does not use the Euro. They don't bother with judgements which they don't like. So why remain a member?
